The mural was completed in 9 days across 2 weeks a total of 61 hours and is 16ft across by 8ft.
Mind and Sole was set up to help people suffering from a Mental Health illness, or looking after their well-being. However sadly announced its permanent closure months after discovering their building was unsafe.
The mural was completed in 1 week and is 28 foot in length.
@NE66 Provide essential, inclusive spaces across Alnwick and North Northumberland where people of all ages can learn, play, and connect. Through youth work, family support, and community development, we strengthen local resilience and nurture hope. The mural was inspired by the youth who visit the centre and the brief was 'colourful, fun and to be enjoyed by all, and the idea was portals to other worlds'.
The mural took 60 hours over 6 weekends and the mural is 35ft in length.
Tweed Connections are an independent, community-focused Day Centre and Enabling Service which supports older adults in Berwick-upon-Tweed and surrounding areas.
